These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Art!Rex website at www.arti-rex.com (the "Site"), operated by Artirex Corporate Group commV, trading as Art!Rex | Curatorial and Management House, registered in Belgium (BTW BE1005285630), with its principal address in Antwerp, Belgium.

By accessing the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

1. Purpose of the Site
The Site presents Art!Rex's activities as a curatorial and management house, provides information about the artists it represents, and enables visitors to make enquiries via a contact form. The Site does not offer goods or services for direct purchase and does not process payments.

All content published on this Site — including but not limited to text, artist biographies, curatorial texts, photographs, artwork images, the Art!Rex name, and visual identity elements — is the property of Artirex Corporate Group commV or of the respective rights holders (including represented artists), and is protected by Belgian and international copyright law.

You may view and print pages from the Site for personal, non-commercial reference only. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, published, transmitted, or used for any commercial purpose without prior written authorisation from Art!Rex or the relevant rights holder.

Artwork images displayed on this Site remain the intellectual property of the respective artists. Their reproduction in any form requires the explicit written consent of Art!Rex and the artist concerned.

3. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Site. Specifically, you may not:

— scrape, copy, or systematically extract content from the Site by automated means;
— attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure;
— transmit any unlawful, harmful, or misleading content through the contact form;
— use the Site to impersonate any person or entity.

4. Contact Form
The contact form is provided for professional enquiries related to the work of Art!Rex and its represented artists. Art!Rex reserves the right not to respond to enquiries it deems unsolicited, irrelevant, or inappropriate. Submission of the contact form does not create any contractual or professional relationship between the visitor and Art!Rex.
